Today we would like to share the conclusion of our review of The Economist’s article “No Sweat,” which discusses the costs and benefits of air conditioning. The entire article can be read at their online journal here.
The use of air conditioning provides many benefits, one of which is boosting employee productivity. Sweaty employees are not as productive as those who work in air-conditioned comfort, apparently! Another interesting point noted by the writer is that air
The Economist is an international online and print journal which delivers news on a wide range of topics, ranging from current political events to the latest culture trends worldwide. Last year, The Economist published an article discussing the varying costs of making hot climates livable. One major point outlined in the article was that air conditioning can increase productivity. We featured a link to the article on our Facebook page last week, but if you
The Valley has experienced some huge rainstorms this monsoon season! The rain is much needed here in Arizona, and also provides welcome relief from the summer heat. However, the monsoon storms can also be destructive, as we have seen recently. What does this mean for your air conditioning system? Depending on the strength of the storm, the monsoon definitely can have an effect on your air conditioner’s operation.
Not only is going green a huge trend right now, saving on energy bills is an ongoing quest for most Americans. An energy-efficient air conditioning unit is pretty important, especially for those of us who live in the Valley. Did you know that your total heating and cooling expenses equal 40% of your annual electricity bill? So “going green” can be pretty important!
How can you tell the efficiency of your A/C? Air conditioning units

David and his team are extremely honest and professional. They honored their estimate even with our unit being a bit more complicated. I am so appreciative of the good work they did on our unit. Our AC was up and running within a few hours and now it's blowing like a champ.I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

Fair rates, always on time and Dave Clark can fix stubborn HVAC issues that other companies can't even address.
We had 4 companies come out to address our home office issues with air flow. It was always really hot in summer and cold in winter - at least 10 degrees different than the rest of the downstairs - and we'd put up with that for 4 years. None of these companies could come up with a solution, other than putting in a wall unit which I didn't want. Fail. Then we had Dave from Clark Heat + Cooling come out and he figured out how we could redirect more air into the office with an additional vent. He was done in just a couple hours and now we can both work in the office without having to freeze the rest of the house just to survive the summer heat! Clark Heat + Cooling think outside the box and their work is professional, tidy and competitively priced. Thank you Dave, for making our daily work life so much better!!! You have our business from here on out. Aloha!Myrna and Ian - Buckeye AZ
