They were so helpful and kind. The scheduler tried to help me over the phone and gave me some tips before even setting the appointment. Elijah was on time, quick and very nice. CHC replaced my home AC system on 21Jun2024 (117F and muggy!). My old system was a high performing 19 yr old American Standard product where the compressor died of old age. My new system is same as my old system except a York product. It is a 5 ton split system with gas furnace / air blower / controller and evaporator heat exchanger, located in a central closet inside the house, and condenser heat exchanger / 3 phase compressor, located in a cabinet on the ground outside. It took two technicians Gabe, and Robert, 8 hrs to remove the previous equipment, install the new equipment, adjust controls/fluids and clean the jobsite. Everything but the house mounted control wires and refrigerant lines was replaced. The new system seems reliable and performs very well. The workspace in the central closet was very challenging requiring CHC to carefully plan and execute the disassembly/removal of the old equipment and assembly/installation of the new equipment. I was very pleased they completed all the work in one day at a price under $10k. There were no unexpected costs or changes and CHC disposed of all the old equipement and related trash. Robert and Gabe were very professional and surprisingly robust in the horrible heat. Job well done!

When I saw smoke coming from our AC unit I was 100% sure that we had to replace it; however, when Ivan checked it out he found the problem that could be FIXED for a tiny fraction of the price. Dave and his team are totally honest, very reliable and know what they are doing. The AC unit is working beautifully and I can't thank Clark Heating and Cooling enough.

I was referred by two different friends to Clark heating and cooling. Our Ac went out and could not be fixed. I called and spoke to Michelle, she was amazing! She had someone come out quickly to our home. This was by far the most superior Customer Service I have ever experienced. They were able install a new AC unit within a couple of days. This company went above and beyond, the install went smoothly and the guys were very friendly and informative! I am so thankful for how quickly we were able to have air again!
I will always use Clark heating and cooling from here on out and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
